Ingredients

Paneer 100 gm

Mushroom 100 gm

Green peas 25 gm

onion 1 medium

tomato 1 medium

ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon

ghee/oil 10 gm

salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,corainder powder,jeera powder & Kashmiri mirch powder

Rice 60 gm

potato 100 gm

Method

Step 1

Add ghee to a cooker followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown Add ginger garlic paste and cook for mins Add chopped tomatoes and cook for mins Add spices mentioned above Add potato,mushroom and peas and cook for min Add small cup water and cook for whistle at high flame and whistle on low flame

Step 2

Add paneer and cook for mins without the lid. Garnish with corainder

Step 3

Serve with Steamed rice
