Ladies Finger -180gms

Potatoes -64gms

Oil - 8gms

Green chillies, Ginger garlic paste

Spices - Red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, Jeera, Coriander powder

Method

Step 1

Cut ladies finger to the size as per your liking

Step 2

Boil potato Sepraetly to avoid more usage of oil

Step 3

Heat the oil or ghee in pan and add jeera, chillies and ginger garlic paste to it

Step 4

Add fingers to it and let it cook. dont close the container

Step 5

Once cooked, add potatoes and all spices

Step 6

Mix well and let it cook for a while
