3 whole egg 1 egg white 4 bread-130gm 2 expresso instant coffee-4gm 1 scoop whey-30gm 1/2 tablespoon olive oil-3gm oregano-add according to taste

Method

Step 1

cook whole egg and egg white omelette in the shape of bread put cheese slice on bread and oregano cut omelette into half and put both piece on both bread and put it in griller make a whey protein shake with ml water Brew double expresso coffee and put it in above shake made with ml water pour it in coffee mug and you are done ❤️
