Chicken Breast 300 gm
Oil 10 gm
Coconut milk 60 ml
Big garlic cloves finely chopped 2
Green Chilli 2
Chilli flakes, mixed herbs, sweetener and salt as per taste
Heat the pan and pour oil.
Put garlic cloves in the pan and saute till golden brown
Put chopped green chilli
Pour coconut milk
Put chilli flakes, sweetner, salt, mixed herbs
Let it cook for minutes on medium flame.
Take chicken breast pieces and mix them well in the mixture in the pan for - minutes.
Cover the pan with lid for next - mins.
Stir the mixture and cover the pan again.
Cook for - minutes.
Check if chicken is cooked properly by putting fork or try to smash one piece using spoon. Don't overcook it else it looses moisture! Serve hot with choice of salad!
