1. 50gms mataki soaked overnight. If you plan in advance, you can make it sprout as well 2. 1 tablespoon chopped onion n tomato 3. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 4. 30gms pav piece 5. Spices and 5gm oil
In hot pan, add oil . Once hot, add chopped onion and teaspoon each of cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric n chilli powder. Dnt add salt now . Now add tomatoes and mataki.. Let it all cook together for mins by adding cup hot water . Now add salt . Garnish with little fresh coriander, add lemon juice. . Get your pav and dig in!!!
