Basmati rice: 100g
Ghee: 5g
Sugar-free: 10g (cooking version)
Saffron: 7-8 strands Cardamom: 2
Kewra water & rose water : 5-6 drops (optional) Nuts: 10g (optional) (Macros of optional items not included)
Prepration: Par boil the rice and keep aside. In / bowl of hot water add saffron & cardamom
In a pan add ghee and roast the nuts for about a minute. Add par boiled rice and mix well. Cook for minutes.
Now add the soaked saffron water and sugar-free powder, mix well and cook for - minutes.
Add few drops of Rose water & Kewara water (optional) and cover the lid. let it rest of - minutes in steam. Serve warm.
