Preparation

Stand with feet shoulder width apart

Method

Step 1

Now, squat as low as you can

Step 2

When you come up, lift your right leg high and touch the toes with your left hand

Step 3

Then squat again, stand up to the starting position

Step 4

Lift your left leg high and touch the toes with your right hand

Step 5

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
