Preparation

This exercise targets your Obliques. Place the resistance band under your feet. Hold one end of it in one hand below your waist according to tolerable resistance

Method

Step 1

Now, bend on the opposite side laterally and come back to the starting position

Step 2

Repeat the same on the other side

Step 3

And complete the desired number of repetitions.
