Preparation

The Feet Elevated Russian Twists with a dumbbell work all parts of your abdominals, including your obliques. Sit on the floor or an exercise mat with your legs outstretched. Grab a dumbbell horizontally by its sides with both the hands in front of your abdominals with your arms bent. Keep your back straight and lift your feet off the ground. Your knees should be bent slightly

Method

Step 1

Move the plate to the left side by twisting your body towards the left side

Step 2

Breathe out as you perform that movement

Step 3

Come back to the starting position as you breathe in and then repeat the movement but this time to the right side of the body

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
