Preparation

Chair Squats are a beginner-friendly exercise great for building important leg muscles like your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart. Place a chair behind you. Hold your hands in front of your chest.

Method

Step 1

Now, inhale and squat by pushing your hips back

Step 2

Go down so as to sit on the chair

Step 3

Come back to the starting position as soon as your hips touch the chair

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
