200 gm Chicken breast sliced

Chicken stock

1 Fresh tomatoes
Boil pasta for mins till cooked
Make a paste of the garlic, tomatoes, oregano and other seasoning
After pre bouling the chicken , save the stock for the gravy
Heat a splash of olive oil in a non stick pan. Add thr drained chicken, pasta and the dressing paste. Garte the gouda cheese and add pepper and salte to taste. Pour the stock till it covers the pasta and simmer till cooked for about mins.
Serve with toasted whole wheat bun or salad
