Ingredients

wheat flour-50gm

besan-15gm

ghee-5ml

water 1/4 cup

salt and stevia for taste

baking powder -1pinch

pista -3gm (optional)

Method

Step 1

Take a pan roasted besan for mints.

Step 2

Add wheat flour roasted together for a mints

Step 3

Take a bowl add water in it and salt or Stevia mix it.

Step 4

Take roasted flour in a plate add ghee or baking powder in it and mix it

Step 5

Add mixture of water slowly and make a tight dough

Step 6

Now make small round shape biscuits.

Step 7

For baking put tava on gas and same size plate in it

Step 8

All the biscuits put into the plate and cover with other plate.

Step 9

Garnish with pista.Bake on low flame for - mints.

Step 10

wheat biscuit is ready to serve with hot tea.
