Chicken breast 200gms
Butter 8gms
Onions 40gms
Yellow bell pepper 35gm
Red bell pepper 35gm
Mushroom 60gm
Garlic 2gm
Ginger 2gm
Corn yellow seeds 10gms
Soya sauce 5ml
Salt to taste
other seasoning (black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano etc) as per taste
STEP - Make marinate- In soya sauce add giner galic paste , black pepper powder, chilli flakes , mix well.
STEP - Add thin slices of chicken breast to this marinate. keep aside for min or overnight.
STEP - In a pan add all the finely chopped vegetables,till they caramelized (approx. min on slow flame), seasoning as required
STEP - Fill the vegetables in the chicken breast and fold it into a roll cover with baking sheet st then aluminium sheet.
STEP - Preheat the over for min at F , place the chicken on a baking tray in cake for approx - mins. Garnish with chilli and pinch of chia seeds, Serve hot and enjoy. (you can add the left over marinate on top)
