Ingredients for Veg Cutlet
- › Ingredients French beans- 50 gms Carrot 100 gms Cauliflower 1 floret Cabbage 50 gms Bread 2 slices Bread crumbs- Optional Ghee/Oil - 7 gms
1. Take all veggies and fine grind them. Now add salt, chilli flakes, and oregano. Crumble 2 bread slices into the veggie mixture. Mix well and make round patties from the mixture. Optional - Coat both sides with breadcrumbs. You would be able to make around 2 patties with the given quantity. Now either bake these or shallow fry with given oil/ghee on a tawa, until cooked nice and crisp. Enjoy with fav chutney or sauce Note- macros of veggies and sauce not counted.
