Lemon juice - 1 tsbp
Garlic - 10 cloves (small/medium)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Olive oil - 15 g (1 tbsp)
Roasted Sesame - 30 g
Hung curd - 300 g
Blend sesame seeds, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice together.
Make a smooth paste out of the curd by whisking it, mix in the pate from the blender and add some salt.
Mix well until creamy, you can adjust the thickness according to your needs by adding some more water if you need.
