Ingredients

rice -60gm (soaked min 20 mins)

garlic 2 no's

whole spices - shahijeera , bay leaf, cardamom, cloves

tomato -15gm cubbed

onions- 20gm thinly sliced

green chilly - 1 no's

spinach - 40gms

coriander and mint leaves - 5 gms each

water 70ml

oil/butter 10gm

salt ,

Method

Step 1

to a pan add butter , garlic , whole spices stir fry till aromatic

Step 2

add green chillies and fry till done.

Step 3

add onions and sauté till translucent, add tomatoes and cook till mushy

Step 4

add coriander leaves, mint leaves and spinach simmer till cooked.

Step 5

add the soaked rice and water , salt as per taste

Step 6

cook for - mins

Step 7

add a little ghee at the end , it will increase the flavour.

Step 8

note the calorie are without the ghee!
