Pasta 40gm

Paneer 75gm

Carrot 30gm

French beans 10gm

Peas 10gm

Butter 7gm

Seasoning of own choice.I used peri peri

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok or deep pan

Step 2

Add butter and add chopped vegetables

Step 3

Sauté for - minutes

Step 4

Add tomatoes and add salt APT and cook for - min

Step 5

Add uncooked pasta and mix well

Step 6

Add -. cup water and sprinkle seasoning

Step 7

Bring it to boil and then reduce the flame

Step 8

Cook for - mins and check soup consistency

Step 9

Add more water if u like thin soups

Step 10

Finally add paneer cubes and cook for - minutes

Step 11

Adding uncooked pasta and cooking along with vegetables will give good consistency to soup
