Ingredients

Onion and Tomato-1/2medium

Chicken -200gms

oil -10gm

coriander, redchilli , garam masala, salt and pepper as per taste

coriander leaves

Ginger garlic paste-8gms

Method

Step 1

Add oil and sputter mustard seeds, add the chopped onions and sautee till golden brown

Step 2

Next add in gg paste and sautee till fried

Step 3

Next add in all the masalas and fry for few secs immediately add some water and chopped tomatoes, let it cook on medium high flame for mins

Step 4

Add In the chicken breast and cook for mins on high flame or - whistle

Step 5

Once cooled, open the cooker and mash the chicken well into the gravy and garnish with coriander
