Ingredients

Soya chunks 60g

Capsicum 100g

Onion 40g

Garlic 2-3 cloves

Cornflour 5g

Schezwan chutney 1tbsp

Soy sauce 5ml

Salt

Green coriander

Oil 5g

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in kadai

Step 2

Add grated garlic and onion and sauté

Step 3

Add boiled soya after squeezing extra water and cook at low flame for till soya turns a Lil golden brown

Step 4

Add capsicum and cook for mins

Step 5

Add salt,schezwan chutney,soy sauce and mix well

Step 6

Cook at low for more mins

Step 7

Add water as per gravy requirements

Step 8

Mix some water and cornflour and add In gravy

Step 9

Cook till gravy thickens

Step 10

Garnish with green coriander and some sesame seeds

Step 11

Goes well with steamed/fried rice or even as snack Sesame seeds macros not included Used hardly -gm
