Besan ( Bengal gram Fluor ) 50 grams
Suji ( cream of wheat) 20 grams
Curd 50 grams
Spinach 50 grams
Ginger chilli 20 grams salt
Coconut oil 10 grams ( few drops for greasing the container)
Weigh and mix sooji , besan, curd
Make a paste of spinach, ginger ,chilli and salt using a tablespoon of water in blender
Add it to besan mixture
Add tablespoons of water and mix everything smooth
Add eno fruit salt and give quick and nice mix immediately
Grease a microwave safe container with few drops of oil and pour the mixture in it . Microwave for minutes
Heat coconut oil , add cumin , curry leaves , chilli and once it starts spluttering, temper your dhokla (tempering is optional)
