vermicelli 40 gm

ghee 5 gm

stevia as per taste

dry fruits per choice (optional)

Method

Step 1

roast vermicelli in ghee

Step 2

when slightly roasted

Step 3

add milk

Step 4

cook till vermicelli is soft

Step 5

add stevia

Step 6

when slightly cold, add vanilla whey to it.
