Pomegranate seeds 30 grams
Mango chopped 20 grams
Mint leaves 5 grams
Sparkling water
Rock salt or normal salt
Lemon or lime 1
Use a mortar pestle and crush grams of pomegranate seeds , - mint leaves together
Grate and add a pinch of lemon or lime zest
Now take a glass and add chopped mango cubes , crushed pomegranate seeds and mint leaves . Then add lime zest and salt
Using a fork or spoon just press the mango cubes to release some juice and pour chilled water just tablespoons. Now add remaining Mint leaves , pomegranate and mango.
Keep the glass in fridge and let the mixture chill properly. Right before consuming , add sparkling water and give a quick stir
