Cowpeas - 100gms

Moong Dal - 200gms

Jeera - 5gms

Salt - as per taste

Chilli powder - as per taste

Onion - medium or 30 -40 gms

Oil - 40 ml

Method

Step 1

Soak Moong dal & Cowpeas for - hours

Step 2

Grind dals

Step 3

Add jeera, onion, salt & chilli to above mixture

Step 4

Make little balls or in vada shape with the batter

Step 5

Fry them in oil or air fryer or bake

Step 6

If u air fry or bake den fat wil be gms
