Ingredients 150 Gm fish Total Calories 198 Protein 22.5 Fat 12 Carbs 0 5gm oil Total calories 45 Protein 0 Fat 5 Carbs 0 100 gm green vegetable ( I used cauliflower , onion, capsicum, tomato, green chilli, onion leaf, Coriander leaves, carrot ) Total calories 20 Protein 0 Fat 0 Carbs 20 Some spices (Grated Ginger, Grated Garlic, crushed black pepper, 1 small stick of cinnamon, 4 cloves, star anise ) Salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

Steps . Heat the pan and add gm oil . Add onion when oil is heat and cook till half red and then add grated garlic and ginger . Add chopped green vegetables sprinkle salt and cook for - min in low steam . Add glass water and wait till boiling point and all rest crushed spices (cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom pods) wait for min now you will start feeling smell of lovely spices. . Add fish and steer for - min (low steam) . Add green chilli at end and Coriander leaves Serve it with white bread. I had it with wheat pan cake
