Ingredients

2 egg

one small onion

black paper,salt, coriander, cumin

medium size half capsicum

butter(2 tablespoon)

250 g fresh red tomato

garlic 4 gloves

Method

Step 1

First thing keep ur pan on stove and turn it on

Step 2

add butter in pan

Step 3

add onion,capsicum and garlic in pan and make it soft

Step 4

then after add tomato and mix it well

Step 5

add salt,cumin,black paper , coriander and red chilli powder pmix it well

Step 6

after steam coming from tomato slow down stove and leave it for min

Step 7

crack egg and add in pan without harm egg yolk

Step 8

add salt and blackpaper on it and cover it for min

Step 9

add coriander leaf eat and serve

Step 10
