1 tbsp coconut oil

2 oz cucumber

2 oz avocado ( half an avocado)

2 oz celery ( 1 stick)

1.5 cups almond milk, unsweetened ( 350ml / 12 fl.oz )

1 oz spinach

1 tsp vanilla powder

1 tsp matcha green tea powder

Method

Step 1

Starting with the almond milk and spinach, blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy

Step 2

Optional add-ons: - scoop vanilla whey protein powder - - drops stevia to sweeten
