200 gm Chicken

10 gm oil or butter

8 garlic pods

1 spoon mixed herbs

Salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

Take a chicken breast and slice it from the middle, beat it with a rolling pin to make it fat

Step 2

In a bowl mix finely chopped garlic pods mixed herbs, salt and a spoon of oil or butter

Step 3

Brush it well on the chicken, leave it for an hour

Step 4

Heat a pan, just brush some oil/butter and keep this chicken breast on the pan and pan-fry it . since it's most tender part of the chicken so it Cooks in about to minutes
