2 pre-boiled eggs 10 gram butter

50 gram tomatoes

80 gram capsicum

10 gram schezwan chutney

5 gram soy sauce

1 piece green chilly

10 gram corriander leaves

5 gram corn flour

salt as per taste

2 gram white sesame seeds

Method

Step 1

For marinating eggs Take a bowl Add ml water Add corn flour , mix well Add tsp soy sauce Add eggs into bowl marinate and add coriander leaves Takes - minutes

Step 2

For Sauting veggies Take non-stick pan heat on high flame for minute Add butter on the pan Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum Add schezwan chutney , stir well

Step 3

Add the marinated eggs into the pan and keep the lid for minutes Add grams sesame seeds for the flavor
