For Preparing Pesto Sause
Paneer- 25 g
Cashewnuts- 10 g
Basil - 50 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Pepper- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 5 g
Boil the pasta in rolling boiling water. Add g of oil to avoid sticking of pasta. Boil it till it is half cooked
Meanwhile prepare the pesto sauce by mixing all the ingredients mentioned above. make a nice thick consistency
On the other pan sauté the mushrooms and broccoli
Add the half cooked pasta in the mushroom broccoli mixture
Finally add the pesto sauce upon it
And let it cook for another to minutes
