Ingredients

40 gram Soya Chunks

30 gram Sweet Corn

Half Chopped Capsicum

One medium size Onion

One medium size Tomato

1.5 tablespoon coconut oil/ Olive oil

2 garlic cloves

Coriander leaves ( for Garnishing)

Sendha Salt, Turmeric ( Haldi) , Cinnamon Powder , Kashmiri Chilly Powder, cumin seeds

Method

Step 1

) Boil Soya chunks and cover the container for half an hour. ) Chop the Onions, Tomato, Garlic , Green Capsicum, coriander leaves ) Heat the pan (or Kadhai) . Add . tablespoon of oil. Once it gets heated add cumin seeds. ) Once the cumin seeds starts to go brownish add the chopped onions and saute it in low flame to a light brownish colour ( almost mins) ) Once the onion is light brown roasted , add tomato, capsicum, garlic and roast it for - mins on medium flame. ) Add the sweet corn and mix everything well. ) add Soya chunks and all the spices and mix them well. ) Sprinkle coriander leaves and you are done . ) Serve yourself this yummy delite. ) Drink lots of water throughout the day.
