Broccoli- 250gm
Chicken breast - 100gm
Cheese spread - 15gm
Cheese - 10gm
Bread crumbs/ panko - 100gm
Butter - 10gm
Dry spices : salt, black pepper powder, oregano, red chilly flakes, turmeric powder, garlic powder, ginger powder
Milk low fat - 100ml
All purpose flour - 10gm
Eggs - 2
In a pan, add butter ( gm) and heat it slightly. Now, add broccoli florets to it and sauté it for a minute or two and keep it aside.
In the same pan, now add chicken chunks searing it while adding all dry spices. Now add milk, cream cheese and flour to a bowl and mix it well. Afterward, add this mixture to the pan and gently mix it with chicken and broccoli.
Add remaining butter to the pan along with bread crumbs and heat it until it turns slightly brown. Keep off the flame and transfer it to the bowl.
Finally, take a casserole and layer it with bread crumbs, followed by chicken broccoli mix. Then, whisk two eggs and top spoon it evenly. Add more bread crumbs and at last grate cheese over it. Let it bake in the oven for about - minutes or until you get light brown coating. Enjoy 😋
