cilantro 30g
capsicum 70g

ghee/butter/ oil 10g
basil dried
chilly flakes and chilly powder
garlic 2 cloves
salt and pepper
CILANTRO CHICKEN- marinate chicken with chilly powder, salt and lemon for mins
take a pan add gm of oil and stir fry garlic in it , add chilly flakes and cilantro let it simmer for - mins
add chicken to the pan add salt and cook for mins based on how much water is released out of the chicken add water later if needed to cook the chicken please cook the chicken on low flame or medium low flame!
STIR FRIED CAPSICUM - add the remaining oil to a pan add some basil leaves pepper and salt roast for - secs and then add CAPSICUM and cook till done may take around - mins
RICE? REALLY? haha just add rice to a cooker or a vessel wash it,and put it on flame! add ; ratio of rice and water for normal rice ; ratio for basmati!
