Durum Wheat pasta 75gms

milk 250ml
wheat flour 10gms
chilly flakes

take a saucepan and boil water,add some salt and pasta and cook it till pasta softens.
in a pan take gms butter and saute the chopped garlic and green chillies
add mushroom and cook until mushroom reddens
add chicken in the same pan along with salt and pepper and cook the chicken for - mins in med high flame
empty the contents of the pan in a seperate plate
in the same pan add the remaining gms butter and gms of wheat flour and roast it in medium flame
add milk slowly and keep stirring to mix all the lumps
after the white sauce is formed(there will be no lumps left in the milk,and the milk thickens) add salt,pepper, oregano, chilly flakes, garlic powder (optional) and cheese
then add the preboiled pasta and stir
at last add the mushroom and chicken and stir on low heat for mins.
serve hot
