Chicken Brest boneless strips -100 g
Thick curd / hung curd -50 g
Ginger garlic green chilli paste
Salt
Butter/ghee/ oil - 5 g
Chat masala
Red chilli powder
Pepper powder
Mint leaves
Clean and cut chicken boneless Brest into long strips or pieces
Mix hung curd/ thick curd and ginger garlic green chili paste
Marinate chicken pieces with curd mixture Keep it aside for some time (- hours )
Heat ghee / butter in a nonstick pan,arrange chicken pieces Keep a lid for - mins and cook on medium flame
Then turn them ,sprinkle salt and cook them without lid till water evaporates
Sprinkle chilli powder, pepper powder, chat masala etc to coat the pieces
Garnish with mint leaves, raw onion rings , lemon slices etc Enjoyyyy!
