1 Medium Head Broccoli(Grated and Squeezed)
50gm Mozzarella cheese
15 gm Parmesan cheese
1/2tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
salt
Pinch of Red chilli powder
10gm Almond flour
Preheat the oven to C degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl add grated Broccoli and add all the other ingredients. Mix well until combined.
Spoon the mixture in a parchment paper and spread out evenly in the paper.
Bake for - mins until Golden and firm.
If it is not as crisp as you would like,place the back in the oven on low heat for -.make sure that it wil not burn.
Cut into strips then triangles in shape.
serve hot with coffee or cheesy dip.
