Ingredients

For the cookie Oats - 55gm Banana - 60gm Chia seeds -6gm Cocoa powder - 10gm Baking powder - 0.5tsp

To Serve Low fat yogurt - 100ml Vanilla/Unflavoured Whey protein powder - 30gm Instant coffee powder - 1tsp

Method

Step 1

Pre heat oven to deg

Step 2

Mix all the cookie ingredients and place them on to a baking sheet in portion sizes that you prefer, and bake them for - minutes @ deg

Step 3

meanwhile, mix instant coffee with water and add it to the serving bowl with yogurt and whey protein and mix it well altogether. If you're using Unflavoured Whey, then add some sweetner or sugar to make it sweeter, but it's optional :)

Step 4

once the cookies are done, place them in the bowl with the coffee yogurt and enjoy🥰 I sprinkled some sugar free chocolate syrup and granola on top:)

Step 5

The macros are without the granola, it's optional ❤️
