100 gm curd
15 gm ghee

Knead the dough using Maida , curd, bit of salt and Soda. use soda to adjust the consistency of the dough. let it rest for - hrs atleast. Heat Ghee on Tawa , meanwhile. Make equal balls out of dough and I rolled them flat using hands and ample water so that it doesn't stick.( you would need some skill here π) Once flat, Put it on tawa and cook.
