20gms chia seeds

180ml milk

10gms almonds

water as needed

1 tb spn unsweetened cocoa powder

Method

Step 1

step - mash bananas with fork. soak chia seeds in water for - minutes. step - add milk, soaked chia seeds, cocoa powder and almonds. sweetener if required. Refrigerate for hours before consuming. Serves - persons
