2 cups whole wheat flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinamon & ginger powder
1/2 cup softened butter
1/3 cup jaggery powder
1+1/2 cup mashed banana
3-4 drops vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup almonds
In a bowl put /cup softened butter & then sieve cups wheat flour
Then add / cup jaggery powder + tsp baking powder + tsp ginger & cinamon powder
Add the mashed banana & then add / cup milk + / tsp baking soda
Mix all the ingredients properly with a whisker. There shouldn’t be any lumps left.
Put the / cup almonds
Transfer the batter into a greased cake tin & garnish with some almonds
