Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
Oil: 5 gm
Peanuts: 10 gm
Assorted green vegetables: 100 gm
Chili flakes: 1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar: u00bd tsp
Sugar-free: 1 tablet
Tofu: 100 gm
Roast the peanuts and grind with ginger-garlic paste, vinegar, sugar-free, and chilli flakes. Keep aside.
Use the oil and sautue the veggies (or you may omit the oil and use the veggies as it is).
Add the boiled noodles, grind peanut paste, tofu and season with salt and black pepper
