40gms wheat flour 40gms soya 10gms oil 50gms paneer
Get a mixer jar and pour wheat flour and soya and paneer . Grind it together . Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander n cumin powder n salt . Add half cut onion n tomato finely chopped . Add water slowly mixing.. Dnt make it runny batter.. Keep it thik . Heat up nonstick pan.. Pour a little oil n batter . Spread it with spatula to make a chilla . Cook it both sides .enjoyyy warm
