Soya Flour- 30gms

Rice Flour - 25gms

Besan - 15gms

Ghee/Oil - 5gms

Veggies - 20gms

Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except Ghee and prepare a paste Spread the paste on Non-stick Pan and pour Ghee drop by drop from all sides Cook properly on both sides Prepare Chillas out of the paste Serve plain or with Chutney
