chocolate flavored whey protein powder (0.5 scoop)
milk 20ml
ghee 2 gm
Stevia if required according to taste
grind soya chunks and oats into fine powder..
In a heated heavy bottom pan add ghee and roast the soya chunks and oats powder for - minutes
once done allow it to cool down completely and add whey protein powder into it and mix well....
Add milk , Stevia and bind it .... finally give it the shape you like and can also make it as laddoos....
Protein packed soya Little hearts are ready...
optional - can add nuts as well if it fits in your macros...
