chicken breast (300 gms)
Oil (15 gms)
All purpose flour i.e. Maida (30 gms)
green beans (100 gms)
Peri Peri Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger and garlic paste, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper and salt - (As per taste)
Take the chicken breast and cut it not strips or cubes. Marinate it with the ginger and garlic paste. Once done, keep it in the fridge for like mins.
Take a bowl and mix all the dry seasonings with all purpose flour and make a nice seasoning mix to rub it onto the chicken before pan frying.
After mins, take the chicken out and dust with the seasoning mix. Rub the mix well so the chicken is coated nice and proper.
Now, turn on the gas with a pan on it and drizzle some regular refined oil (as per your macros). Let it heat before you place the chicken on it.
Once the oil is heated, put the seasoned chicken strips/cubes on to the pan one by one and let it cook evenly on both sides till it becomes golden brown. Keep flipping it on regular intervals to avoid overcooking the protein.
Once done, put it on a plate and let it rest.
In the remaining oil (or you can add in some more if the macros allow), throw in some half cut green beans and sauté them nice and crunchy over full flame. But, keep stirring them continuously so that they don't get burnt. Season them with some salt and pepper according to taste.
Now, take a plate, put the chicken and sautéed beans together and voila! You're good to go.
