Chana dal (split chickpea lentil) - 25 gms Toovar dal (pigeon peas)- 25 gms Dil leaves - half cup Ghee - 5 gms Green chilli - 2 nos Ginger - small piece Hing - a pinch
Soak gms dal overnight (chana dal and toovar dal equal portion). Morning grind it coarsely along with green chilli,turmeric pdr,dil leaves ( u can use coriander leaves or methi leaves too),ginger,salt and hing(dont miss hing).
