Mushroom - 100g

Onion - 20g

Ginger garlic paste

Chilli powder

Turmeric powder

Coriander

Salt

Butter - 2g

Method

Step 1

Step 2

Wash mushrooms and keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat pan and add butter to it.

Step 4

Add onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli and turmeric powder, sauté them.

Step 5

Add mushrooms to it and let it cook for sometime.

Step 6

Do not add water to the mix.

Step 7

When it’s almost cooked, add coriander to it.

Step 8

Mushroom fry is ready.
