Preparation

Standing Inclined Wide Eversion calf raises primarily work your calf muscles. Stand and set yourself under the machine. Place both the legs on the pad with feet slightly wider than shoulder width and toes in a V shape. Stand in an inclined manner.

Method

Step 1

Now, exhale and slowly raise your heels using your toes

Step 2

Pause for a second

Step 3

Inhale and return to the starting position by lowering your heels

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
