The Standing Incline Close Stance Machine Calf Raises target your calfs. Stand and set yourself under the machine. Place both the legs on the pad with a narrow stance while standing in an inclined manner.
Now, inhale and slowly raise your heels using your toes
Pause for a second
Exhale and return to the starting position by lowering your heels
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
