Preparation

This Isolation exercise is a great way to build your calves. Sit with legs at shoulder-width apart and place your thighs under the thigh pads.

Method

Step 1

While being seated, slowly raise your heels

Step 2

Pause at the top for a second

Step 3

Lower your heels to the starting position

Step 4

and repeat for desired number of reps.
