Preparation

Keep your elbow supported by placing it on a table. Form a fist with your thumb out.

Method

Step 1

Rest the peg between the side of your index finger and the pad of your thumb

Step 2

Squeeze the peg for 1-2 seconds

Step 3

Then relax

Step 4

Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
